    comfortable bed

It was just a fitting option for one night in Pigeon Forge with exceptional value. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. Make sure to bring your own snacks, as I didn’t notice any food options nearby.

    friendly staff
    comfortable bed

Couple getaway that served its purpose

The staff were super friendly especially the lady at the front desk who helped us park our car when we were having trouble finding a spot. The room was fresh and clean, smelled nice and the bed was crazy comfortable, almost made me forget about all that other nonsense going on in my life.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but it worked for what we needed.

The receptionist was friendly, really helped us get settled in quickly, like a breath of fresh air after a long drive. Also, we had a nice breakfast scene - waffles tasted great and brought a smile to my daughter on her birthday.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but honestly still acceptable for what we got.

great access to popular attractions and dining options

I stayed here recently and really appreciated the convenient proximity to various attractions like the Island in Pigeon Forge, which is just a little over 2 km away, and local eateries such as the Hard Rock Cafe, only about 500 meters down the road, making it easy to enjoy a meal after a day of exploring.

    comfy room
    cozy mattress
    fire pit
    cramped parking

The King Room was comfy, and I loved how the soft sheets and cozy mattress helped me get a good night's sleep. The hotel had plenty of quiet spots to relax and a nice little fire pit to unwind by in the evenings. The parking lot could get a bit cramped at times, but it didn't take away from my overall stay. 😊

    tidy room

    great location
    lack of pool

We had a lovely stay here during our family trip with the kids. The location is perfect, being just a short drive to Dollywood. The room was tidy and comfortable, making our nights restful. The staff was friendly, which added to our enjoyable experience.

My kids wished there was a pool for them to enjoy some splashing time after a long day. It would be great if they could consider adding family-friendly amenities like that.

    Convenient Location with Clean Rooms

However, the breakfast options were a bit limited, which could be improved for guests looking for more variety.

The room was comfortable with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We had cable channels and a private bathroom, which felt clean and fresh. Key card access made it secure. Notable were the trash cans and a smoke alarm. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with nice amenities available.

    cozy atmosphere
    accessible location
    recent renovations
    limited options
    maintenance problems

I enjoyed the friendly staff who made check-in easy. The room felt cozy with new flooring and a fresh coat of paint that added a nice touch. The location couldn’t be better for accessing attractions in Pigeon Forge. However, the breakfast options were quite limited. We only had cereal and bagels, which left a lot to be desired. The mattress could use an upgrade as it was a bit lumpy. I also noticed a hole in the wall near the doorknob, suggesting a need for some maintenance. Despite the updates to the room, overall cleanliness could improve. Wi-Fi access was spotty, making it hard to stay connected.
